Primary Duties

Partner with Sales Management to create budgets, forecasts, and strategies to achieve financial/sales targets. Manage review process with the sales and executive teams.

Own reporting packages, including but not limited to: Forecast reports by brand, account, territory, and sales rep.

Implement best practices for streamlined reporting and communication of financial information to sales team, executive team, as well as externally to brands.

Review sales performance regularly; project and effectively communicate variances to plan/LY, risks and opportunities to to sales management and exec team.

Oversee trade show forecasting and reporting process creating appropriate sales projections and standardized recaps for internal and external brand communication

Partner with sales management on market/trade show preparation, including reviewing brand and account performance prior to meetings, creating standardized templates, participating in management meetings.

Analyze and review brand profitability. Present to sales management and the exec team.

Implement forecasting process for replenishment and drop ship. Manage forecast monthly and partner with sales team to evaluate risks and opportunities.
